To submit an offer in our office, you have to provide:
- Certificate of ownership or its transcript from the land and mortgage book
- Allotment of housing association right to the private accommodation or house.
- Map transcritpt
- Certificate of building acceptance
- Building book, project (in case of work-in-progress)
- Decision about the building conditions (in case of land sale)
The owner of the property or his proxy can submit an offer.
